May 5-9th is Teacher Appreciation Week! And to honor my favorite teacher, I decided to donate to Pencils of Promise, an organization that "builds schools, trains teachers, and funds scholarships." My donation is supporting the training of 500 public school teachers in Ghana, Guatemala, and Laos. With over 22,000 students served to date, Pencils of Promise is a champion for education!
